Can i go to a Community College for my 4 years?

This may sound like a really dumb question. But a college i was looking at said only 2 years and they were partnered with another college so i could finnish my other. But i don't want to go to a big college. I like the fact of coming back to my house after school. So if there a community college that will allow me to go for my full 4 years? Or will i have to switch and go to a bigger school?
