Can you exchange a club head from one club for a club head from another club?

i have two sets of golf clubs. callaway x-20 tour irons with steel shafts and affinity system H wih nice graphite shafts, and i want to take the callaway x-20 tour club head and put it on the graphite shafts. is that possible, is it even possible for a golf store to do that?
