Do i still have a chance with him?

so we used to like eachother when we were younger,like 11, but then we didnt see eachother fpr a long time and niether of us had phones so we werent able to tlk either. but then we started playing bball together a lot and we exchanged numbers and began to txt again. but i think i lyk him again... idk if he will ever lyk me again,,, he is rlly sweet and he told me he rlly missed me and yeah.. so idk what to do. do i have a chance with him again? should i tell him how i feel? if i should how should i say it?
