Failure to control your vehicle.?

I am 17 and I slid off the road while on my way to school and ended up in a ditch. The roads were very icy and snowy. The cop gave me a ticket for "Failure to Control Vehicle". This is my first ticket ever and never had any other traffic issues before. What will the consequences be for me?
