How can I get along with my 12-year-old sister?

My younger sister is 12 and we do not get along at all. I am almost 16 and I think that she is very immature. I love to sing, and whenever I sing, she starts screaming and she'll do things like chase me with a broom and break things. I can't ever play my music out loud because most of it is in Spanish, and she utterly despises it. She will scream if I play my music out loud. The other day she took my flute book of Disney songs and she almost burned it. See, I like to listen to Disney songs in Spanish. She's not into anything; she doesn't play any sports and she doesn't really have any hobbies. I want to introduce her to the German language, but she doesn't want to learn. She does like to cook, though. She is very bossy towards me and I'm fed up with it. Our dad definitely favors her; she's a daddy's girl. I just don't think she acts her age at all. We have almost nothing in common. Help?! We fight a lot. Also, she screams whenever somebody chews gum or eats an apple or cereal in front of her. Every little noise bothers her! Ever since she figured out that she was an auditory learner, she's been spazing out about things like that. She gets fairly good grades in school.
