How to get rid of goat horns?

you can cut the horns off. But leave 6 to 8 inches. Any further than that and you will hurt him/her. Then take a sander. Your going to need to have others hold down the goat because the goat wont be used to this, and the noise added with the weird feeling from the sanded will frighten it and it will fight you. Sand down the horns until they are smooth to the touch, making sure there arent any sharp edges.
