I feel completely & totally alone. Advice please?

I need to see a gynecologist due to, I've never been and I think I may have an infection and some people seem to think I have endometriosis, but cannot seem to find one in the phonebook. I don't talk about & stuff (im a virgin)to my mother due to we're a very religious family, so I cannot ask her for help or advice......And don't talk to my school or uni friends about it either, and never have. I'm nearly 20 years old. And my mother had a cyst on her ovary, resulting in a hysterectomy.
