I have been sick for a while now It started with abdomn pain nausea and elvated liver enzymes. But no answers?

I had a hysterectomy last year now I feel pregnant with fatigue nausea abdomen pain thrush and yeast infection,as well as elevated liver enzymes. I don't know what else to do i've been to doctors and have had test after test done I just want to stop hurting and have a good summer with my girls. Please help.
