I m not able to transfer songs from my PC to my new N73 ME phne...?

i hav recently bought n73 ME but not bale to tranfer songs to it .i mean songs are gettin transfered but in gallery and not in tat short cut which is provided along the key pad.so if any 1 know wats d correct procedure to do tat plz let me knw....
