Is there any way to find out how much any one farm or ranch received in Govt subsidies?

Since it's our tax dollars, isn't there any means of finding out how much of our tax dollars are going to certain farms and ranches? I want to know how much subsidy money went to a certain cattle ranch here in New Mexico. Since we're in an official drought, I know they receive extra for feed etc. Thanx
