Isn't it really stupid that voldemort thought that only he knew the hiding room in the room of requirement?

in the 6th book, voldemort gives malfoy a task to do in the room of requirement, if im not mistaken, in the hiding room, then how can he miscalculate that nobody would ever knew that room??
