Place to Stay in Breckenridge for One Night?

I have been accepted to CU Boulder and DU, so my family (there's 4 of us) and I are taking a trip to Colorado to tour both campuses. Were going to stay one night in Breckenridge. I need to find accommodations for one night that are $200 per night or less? Ideally it would be closer to the historical district, and more in the middle of the action, but still walking distance from the slopes.
