What does the average woman lift?

I really just want to see where I am in comparison to other women who work out and if anyone can share their workout tips. I"m 19 years old, 5"10, and weigh 143 pounds. I currently max out at 265 on the leg press, 165 on the lat pull down, with the dumbbells I max out at about 25 lbs. On the converging chest press machine I can usually hit between 60-75, it tends to vary daily. If anyone can share their stats also and throw in some of their workouts that have shown great results it would be awesome. Thanks.
