Which mutant says that he`s the most dangerous mutant in Xmen2? Wolverine, Magneto or Pyro?

Pyro says this to the cops outside the house of the guy that can make ice. I believe Wolverine is on the floor with a bullet outside his skull. I dont remember where Magneto is at this point of the film.
