World of Warcraft Druid?

What spec should i put my talents in for my night elf druid. i Have alredy put 5 talent points in Balance because i really want to get moonkin form and it also has insect swarm that seems cool, and the trents and the typhoon thing but i also like cat form even tho i dont have it yet it seems really cool and i think id be using it a lot so im not sure. thank you
