Education and Hygiene. Do you agree?

Have seen a web site where went from to oral to . No condoms involved was appalled. NO wonder HIV, STDs and Hepatitis are rampant. There should be site standards that support safe and if they dont they should be shut down. I wonder what the life expectancy is of these people.
