My throat hurts what should I do?

For the past three days I've had a lot of sinus drainage... My throat hurts and I'll probably get some allergy pills like claritin tomorrow or something like that. Anyways right now I've finished my second bottle of propel fitness water and my throat still hurts and I don't have any throat lozenges. I've taken some sudafed... Is there anything I can do to soothe my throat?
