Elastics for braces dont hurt at all, also cant stay on the hook for even upto 2mins..they keep falling out!?

I would get a new ortho... Obviously he is doing something wrong. No, the rubber bands are not suppose to fall out, nor do you have to do anything to them to make them stay in. You shouldn't HAVE to do anything to make them stay in. If you don't get another ortho soon, you'll probably end up having to keep your braces on for longer.
