I feel dissatisfied with my life/I feel like I am not making sense?

Talk to yourself out loud as much as you can. Or create an imaginary friend. You don't have to become obsessive or compulsive about it, but I rarely talk and find that I too "lose" my communication abilities. Talking to myself or aloud helps me sharpen those skills. You could even get a tape recorder or something and record your voice every day, then play it back and speak along until your words get clearer. You will improve, it will just take hard work and above all-- time.
