Is there any topical pain reliever better than"Tiger Balm Ultra"?

Don't include anything with Capsacin.. when wetted, the side effects are like someone lit it on fire. I have severe arthritis in my knees...The Tiger takes about 25 minutes to work full strength, then the waxey base can be wiped off ,and it keeps relieving for up to five hours, and it won't stain my clothes.
