I have been depressed lately, I called a suicide hotline and it helped. She told me that I should get a therapist. I don't want my parents knowing, I don't feel comfortable telling them why I feel the way I do. Everyone around me thinks I'm happy, and I don't want their pity. I don't want anyone to know. Is there any way I can have my doctor just want me to have "frequent checkups" or something?
